I have also met my second conversation partner for the first time today. Esraa Ali is from Kuwait, and she has only been in Tallahassee, that is, in the US for a month. She is very ambitious, she wants to learn and practice English a lot. She has a friend in town, who is also from Kuwait which is good and bad. The bad part is that, when they are together they speak always Arabic and do not practice English. For Esraa’s taste, Tallahassee is a little bit too small. The city does not have enough shopping malls. She likes to go shopping, but it is boring to go to the same mall all the time.

Once Esraa’s English is good enough and she is ready to pass the TOEFL test, she would like to study “Petroleum Engineering” in Colorado.
