TP # 10 April 14^th

Rebecca had an assignment on the PCB’s (bad chemicals) in the ocean, and how small particles attach themselves to microorganisms, which in turn attach themselves to plankton, and basically the PCB’s go up the food-chain, until there is a measurable amount of mercury in your tuna. I thought the article was a little outside of her comprehension zone, but we worked through it(scaffolding J). It was mostly a concept recognition and also at some point she had to put that process in the proper order on the worksheet.
